Bryan Atherton joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2018 with the acquisition of the company he previously owned and operated, Northeast Investment Realty. Throughout Connecticut and the Northeast, Bryan is regarded as a leader in all aspects related to commercial real estate. During his career, Bryan has completed more than $750 million in Commercial Real Estate transactions. Clients have recognized Atherton as an innovator in repositioning a property for sale or lease and guiding clients to take advantage of sound investment opportunities. Bryan is a graduate of Post University with a degree in Finance. In 2007 he earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, joining an elite group of approximately 9,000 Commercial Real Estate professionals worldwide. Bryan is member of the Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute, as well as sitting on the Designation Committee. Bryan was awarded with the SIOR Designation in 2017, a designation reserved for the top-producing specialists in Industrial and Office markets. Bryan is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the leading Commercial Real Estate association serving the Retail industry. Through his ICSC affiliation, Bryan has capitalized on relationships in the retail arena with clients that include McDonalds Corporation, Pancheros Corporation, Cumberland Farms, and Alliance Energy. Bryan and his wife Jennifer make their home in Newtown, CT with their son and daughter.
