David Dean's Profile

David Dean joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2018 with the acquisition of the company he previously owned and operated, Litchfield County Commercial. David began his career in real estate in 1971. He built the largest residential real estate office in Litchfield County, Coldwell Banker Bredice & Dean, which he sold in 2004 and went on to establish Litchfield County's only company to specialized solely in commercial real estate. David Graduated with a BA in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University.
