Kyle Ely brings an extensive background in commercial construction project management, real estate and facilities coordination to Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Kyle specializes in the sale and leasing of office and retail properties. He also works as part of CBC NRT's Corporate Services Group, focusing on regional, national and international businesses with multiple facilities. Kyle handles real estate audit, lease administration, site selection, strategic planning and acquisition and disposition services for his clients. Kyle is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors, and the Connecticut Commercial Investment Division (CID). Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. While attending Rutgers, Kyle was a four-time letter winner while playing intercollegiate lacrosse for the Scarlet Knights. Kyle resides in Ridgefield, CT with his wife Robin.
